Management Training

Training begin with our intensive 10-week managemtn training program that moves you from the kitchen through the diving room and on to management trainee assignments. The training will take place in a Certified Training Store.

Training Store

To provide you with ongoing development in your career, you'll participate in a four-day workshop at our Restaurant Support Center in Los Angeles approximately 18 months out of training. We call it M.S.D.W., or Management Skills Development Workshop. It's an opportunity for you to learn the finer points of running the business and to better understand the LA Food Show and CPK culture. You'll participate in open forum discussions, workshops and one-on-one sessions with our company's leaders.

Incentive Programs

When it comes to rewards, LA Food Show includes the same great incentive of CPK, an indistry leader. In addition to excellent pay, 401(k) match programs, and an employee stock purchase program, we also offer generous bonuses and dining privileges. Managers receive quarterly performance bonuses based on 10% of their base salary, Assistent General Managers/Kitchen Managers on 20% of their salary and Genereal Managers on 30%.
